A little reassurance follows:

In the past 6 1/2 years, I recall NONA being NONAD and NONAE. Each time, though inexcusably late, The proper paperwork was filed and NONA was brought into compliance.

So don't worry. It is not the end of the world.

Remember, Fred has millions of his money in NuOasis. He won't let it go to the pink sheets.

Just my 2 cents worth.
