Good crunching, thanks. I wish I could get 8.4% on my money markets <g>. I just talked with the process engineer at Florida RF Labs today and told him to buy his substrates from CoorsTek because I have stock in them. Ha Ha! He did say that they were getting more repeatable results with AlN. I guess AlN is becoming a more mature technology. I remember seeing somewhere that CRTK was doing some work with AlN. I asked him if he'd ever tried SiC. He said sure..... as boats for their thick-film furnaces <g> JF
