As I mentioned in an earlier post, the 10Q for 3Q'99 stated that $28,858 was used to purchase back 600,000 bringing the remaining oustanding as of 9/30/99 at approximately 8.2 million. That means the average price paid in the 3rd quarter paid by the company was .048 per warrant.
Considering that the allocation of $500,000 set aside around April (if my memory serves)of '99 for buying back warrants, and CHGO was the major buyer today, that means they are using up a significantly larger amount of that allocation.
Buying back shares at these higher prices in large quantities will result in fewer warrants coming off the market unless the allocation is increased. My guess is that it would be unlikely since CHGO's cash is needed for the ambitious expansion plans this year.
Do you think this indicates a shift in the urgency of the company to buy back the warrants to unleash the price of the stock, or was it someone else?
