I think it was at the annual meeting that CHGO said they would NOT chase the warrant price. I highly doubt today's action was CHGO repurchasing warrants.

So who could have done this? Dumb speculators? Not likely.
People smarter or more knowledgable than me? Probably. I sit and wait.
