How do we start a new subject-WATERHOUSE SUCKS?

Waterhouse tells you that you have a Branch Office Serving you and an Account Officer Serving you when you first sign up.

That is the last time you can contact your office or your account officer.

You cannot talk to the same person twice.

You get connected to the first person who is available, anywhere in the United States.

They don't even give you chance to talk to your branch office.

Is there any one who has the same problem?
