It was another ghastly Clinton performance.

After it was over commentators noted how Clinton has never delivered a memorable speech or even line outside of "I did not have sex with that woman ...." or "it depends on what the meaning of is is".

Mathews or someone said the speech was written by AlGore's writer and it showed. A dreadful mess.
