I agree that the upstart b2b companies probably don't have much cattle to go with their big hats, and a lot of the b2b infrastructure is the sort of thing that takes time to shake out. However, what isn't clear to me is whether the kinds of enterprise applications that people have written in the past will be where the action is in the future. If not, there might not be a big advantage to being established. After all, SEBL started from 0 not that long ago, so someone else might be able to do the same thing...
