Mr Ed- If Edgar has it they don't hold it. I see little incentive for ORXX to file a Form 10 given a) the steep price fall; who dumped?, b) the accusations Ga Bard brought to light about the "Russian guy" doing unauthorized things with the stock he was given to promote the company, and c) they'd have to divulge what they paid for the mines and what they are truly worth.
