Someone on Fox made the same point. He said the only memorable line he could think of was "The era of big government is over" and yesterday's show belied that observation.

The era of saying the era of big government is over, is over.

After it was over commentators noted how Clinton has never delivered a memorable speech or even line outside of "I did not have sex with that woman ...." or "it depends on what the meaning of is is".
