NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2000--deltathree.com, Inc.,
(Nasdaq: DDDC.O) a global provider of IP telephony services and other
enhanced, web-based communications services to individuals and
businesses worldwide, today announced that it has signed a Memorandum
of Understanding with Microsoft's MSN Israel to incorporate its
Internet communication services throughout the MSN Israel web site.
As part of the agreement, deltathree.com's current and future
Internet communication services shall be integrated into mutually
agreed upon areas of the MSN Israel web site and the parties shall
also establish an IP Communications Hub on the MSN Israel home page,
which will be linked to a co-branded area offering deltathree.com
products and services. The IP Communications hub will be a fixed link
on the MSN Israel home page and other areas deemed appropriate by the
Parties.
In addition, deltathree.com's e-commerce enabling solution, Click
IT, will be available at no charge to MSN Israel users, and allow them
to launch a phone call to any MSN Israel merchant's sales
representative from their desktop computers, without logging off of
the Internet.
