LONDON, Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- RSL Communciations, Ltd. (Nasdaq: RSLC)
announced today that its RSL COM UK subsidiary has a Royal Warrant of
Appointment to provide cellular airtime services to the Prince of Wales.
The warrant was originally granted to Motorola Telco in 1997 and was
recently transferred to RSL COM UK following RSL COM's acquisition of Motorola
Telco in Europe. The official appointment empowers RSL COM to display the
designated Arms 'Prince of Wales Feathers' of the Prince of Wales in
connection with the business, on stationary, advertising and premises.
