I was unaware of them being able to do that. I thought they had to fill the public first. Well OTC MMs stands for Market Manipulators as far as I am concermed. The more I read last night the more I was awed at the findings I was making in both the WTO and the OTC scenarios. Geeze you are exactly right ... nothing like an education to prevent being some that is using DUMB MONEY (Buying high and selling low) in things people just take for granite. Man you have to really keep up with things to survive in the market. I and other honest folks have been spanked enough in this market believing blindly the truth is what is always out there in the world. BS it is what you can verify. Gary
