(OT)Nokomis: Apparently they forgot to mention that the Groundhog Day festivities will be highlighted by Doc Kronkite. Doc will give the keynote speech and then sell binoculars to those wishing for a close up view of Punxsutawnay Phil when he pops up to see if he can see his shadow. (Lee)
