JDN, The Board proposes a bonus issue by way of an increase of the par value of the share from SEK 2.50 to SEK 4.00, followed by a split 1:4. Trading with the new par value of SEK 1.00 is expected to commence in the beginning of May 2000. I'm not sure what they mean or how they're going to go about increasing the par value from SEK 2.50 to SEK 4.00 but by trading at SEK 1.00 by May 2000 would indicate a 4:1 split. Maybe it's a typo in the report. Doesn't make sense to do a reverse split and trade at todays price of ~$280+. vpelt
