I think the Fed knows what is behind these numbers. Everyone and their borkther stocked up on inventory prior to Y2K. IMO, we get a .25% increase, nothing said about future increases, and athe market stabalizes and resumes the uptrend everyone thought would happen in early Jan. I differ from Volt, at best i see the NAZ retesing this years lows (10% correction). I see no chance of the DOW and S&P going down 10% (too much rotation to allow that to happen). I see 110-112 as low for Q but so does everyone else so it may not get there. If we do get a rally back to 140 (wishful thinking though), I will sell the Feb 140s or 150s as a hedge against my stck holdings. I do'nt think the Q goes back to 140 until some positive news comes out of the Q.
