IFCI. Great news for a thread favorite. Briefing.Com puts IFCI on it's 10 best bets for year 2000. Stock is 4 points off its 52 week high also. Russ

"International Fibercom (IFCI) 14 1/2: Moving from go-go growth to turnaround candidate... IFCI appears to have put its past troubles behind it and looks ready to post solid growth for the foreseeable future... This small-cap telecom equipment company provides a wide range of engineering, development and maintenance services for fiber optic, broadband networks, public telephone networks, local and wide area networks, and specialized wireless applications... Like FFIV, International Fibercom overlooked by street as only one analyst currently provides coverage (within the Zack's universe)... As company delivers on its promise of strong double-digit top and bottom line growth, look for IFCI to show up on more radar screens... With increased coverage will come increased multiples... IFCI a decent value as well, as stock trades at only 26x projected FY00 earnings of $0.55. "
