"I've been lurking here for a while before buying, and doing my DD, and the price certainly looks good and holding at low 30's. I know the upside potential and all the positives. Now, for the negatives: are the only things we need to fear:

1) IDC loses its patent lawsuits?

2) Its technology is not embraced by the wireless telecom industry?

Am I accurate in identifying these two factors as the uncertain future which keeps IDC in the 30's?
