Lola,

First of all, it is impossible to actually have an order submitted to sell below the bid and not have it executed! (unless it is an odd lot, etc.)

Secondly, the CDNX was halted this morning... don't know if its back up yet (Investorline is so slow right now I can't even get quotes)... but that could explain why a submitted sell isn't being executed if the exchange is halted....
