Feb. 10th expected offering date according to FBR.com homepage.

Interesting, Varsitybooks.com and Lante are also slated to be offered thru them on the same day. though I don't know anything about Vbooks, I follow the midwest Internet VC scene closely (because of the upcoming Divine InterVentures B2B VC offering) and the buzz has building around this Chicago company for quite some time (I still need to comb thru their filings), though it certainly ain't no webmethods. :)
