TIER. Only analyst following company suspended coverage. Essentially said management needs a boot to get it going. Funny part is that when I read their earnings report (revs up; eps down), the initiatives they talked about seemed encouraging. Anyone who has the time, take a look at the news and see if you think the stock is being unfairly punished. Russ
