Steve re: SnapTrack bidding CNXT were negotiating with SnapTrack for IPR. CNXT have also acquired a number of outfits recently, here in the US and the UK. QCOM moved very quickly with it's acquisition, surprising CNXT. I don't know if anyone else was involved. w.
