announced today the release of its interactive yellow page service QuillPages.com. QuillPages provides eLEC's
telecommunications and Internet business customers with a highly affordable way of advertising and promoting their businesses on
the Internet through a powerful distribution network that links QuillPage's customers' businesses to over 80% of the Internet. In
addition, eLEC is finding an unexpected interest in QuillPages as a B2B tool linking manufacturers and wholesalers with their retail
distribution networks.

Pedro Mata, eLEC's Director of Design, stated, ``With no upfront design fee and a minimal recurring charge of $24.95 per month,
we can provide our customers with an affordable yet powerful tool to promote their businesses on the Internet. With QuillPage's
distribution network, our customers do not have to compete in the hugely expensive portal wars fighting for eyeballs on the
Internet. Instead our customers get to ride the wave of the overall growth of the Internet.'
