From: BUDDY Sent: 1/28/00 8:01:35 AM The Warehouse Club and Silicon Valley Research Group plus Redi Brake Supply possibly could reach an agreement to merge and there is going to be a Huge Bank loan for this merger to take place.This would be a triple company merger and that is not all.The idea is to put their assets together and use the real-estate of the warehouse club to store REDI-BRAKE SUPPLY.Although Redi Brake Supply is not having the latest auto parts and trucks and trains plus plumbing supplies there is interest in possibly unloading their supplies to the U.S.ARMY.The Army would use these supplies for certain locations around the country,and this would be a shot in the arm for the merger to take place.The Warehouse Club,also wants to buyout SNTS and MRAY.Big money from China is coming and even several pacts with funding for these companies.Silicon Valley Research Group also wants to make this merger take place.They stand to earn enough money to also buyout the company ICOAE.This probably will Happen Because they have a good business that these companies want.Look for several huge contracts to take place,a buyout of TONE,plus even Hopr.At the moment,things are in the works and several big names are being mentioned as possible investors,such as Charles Bronson,who wants to use his army contacts to assist these small companies to help the economy.George Steinbrenner also is in the shipbuilding business and wants to be involved with this deal so there is the possibility that we will have an I.P.O. in the future as the companies grow.Look for Redi Brake Supply to get #132 million in funding from the Government,and a tremendous increase in SILICON VALLEY RESEARCH INC NEW QUARTER>LOOK FOR THIS PAST QUARTER OF SVRI.
