LANCASTER, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2000--InterDigital to present at Emerald Forum: Emerald
Research has announced that InterDigital Communications Corporation (AMEX - IDC) will be presenting at the
Seventh Annual Emerald/HomeState Groundhog Day Investment Forum, scheduled for Wednesday, February 2, 2000
at the Wyndham Franklin Plaza Hotel in Philadelphia.
The Forum will again showcase investment opportunities in some of the region's fastest growing companies, as well as
industry leaders from across the country. This year's Forum will also feature focus seminars on themes such as
e-Finance, Business-to-Business e-Commerce and Internet Infrastructure. Senior management of approximately
forty-five companies are scheduled to make 30-minute formal presentations during concurrent sessions. The Forum is
co-sponsored by Emerald Research and The HomeState Group family of mutual funds.
