Hassell,

I sold, but I haven't lost faith in the companies. The profitability of the business depends on these factors, IMHO:

Consumer business

Brand loyalty
Good products will continue to attract buyers

Trend to replace cards with chips on motherboard
PC prices are dropping and it continues to be important for
PC manufactures to offer communications options (wireless
modem, POT modem, ethernet, xDSL modem, cable-modem)

Higher margin business

COMS/USRX offer stackable switches (with layer 3 routing) to
the consumer marketplace. Consumer channels.

COMS/USRX will continue to increase their market share of
enterprise business because they have a complete line of
connectivity solutions, and router technology has become
commonplace and they offer low cost solutions compared to others

COMS/USRX will land large ISP/Cable/RBOC deals as the internet
matures
