CENTRAXX FILES APPLICATION FOR NASDAQ LISTING
Las Vegas, Nevada, January 27, 2000- Centraxx Inc. (OTCBB:CNXX), a wireless
data communications company, announced today that a Nasdaq SmallCap Market
application has been submitted to The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. The shares
of Centraxx Inc. are currently being publicly traded through the OTC
Bulletin Board under symbol "CNXX." Centraxx shares have been available for
public trading since May 26, 1999.
"A Nasdaq listing is an important step for the company and its
stockholders," stated Centraxx Chairman and CEO, Michael Ivezic. "It is
expected to facilitate wider distribution of CNXX shares, enhance price
stability and maximize shareholder value. A Nasdaq listing will also
increase CNXX exposure to institutional investors, research analysts and the
financial community in general," he added.
Centraxx Inc. is a wireless data communications company currently focusing

affordability. AutoRescue was unveiled to the public on December 9, 1999.
The demonstration included a "stolen car" being tracked by the Centraxx
system and apprehended by local police in less than five minutes.
