Kolyma to raise $1.65-million privately Kolyma Goldfields Ltd KMA Shares issued 12,333,837 2000-01-27 close $1.05 Friday Jan 28 2000 Mr. Peter Dunfield reports The board of directors of Kolyma Goldfields has arranged for a non-brokered private placement in the amount of 1.5 million units at a purchase price of $1.10 per unit to net the treasury $1.65-million. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital stock of the company and one warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share in the capital stock of the company for a period of two years at an exercise price of $1.50 per share. Proceeds of the financing will be applied toward advancements to Bidcrawler Online Inc. for use in finalizing the launch and marketing of its Web site, the development of ancillary products and the company's working capital. There will be a finder's fee paid in connection with the private placement in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Venture Exchange. The transactions contemplated herein are subject to the approval of the CDNX.
