I'm still in a daze. I was taken out of JDSU, JNPR, CHINA, ORCL as a result of selling calls that ended up being in the money, which I thought was horrible as of friday. Come monday, and watching the market turn sour, I then thought that it was great, I then went in to buy leaps in qcom, rebuy JDSU and JNPR which I thought was great, but then they all tanked. That's lousy. I should tempered myself and not jump in at the first opportunity.

I have a margin call with schwab (they are gunning for me <g>). Sold some of my other positions, but also chanced this afternoon buying 5 contracts of the Feb 115 and 120 calls each at 5.75 and 7.5 respectively. At this point, what the hell.

If Voltaire is right, I hate to think of what Feb would be like.

hoping for a turn around (SOON).

David
