I would agree, Charlie. I would think the info present by Pat would pique the interest of SEC investigators let alone the investing public. Perhaps we are witnessing the early stages of a "dismantling" of the TERN "house of cards."

Only time will tell. Nevertheless, based upon the info presented by Pat & in the SEC documents, if I were TERN's management, I'd be holding my breath while at the same time gathering my lawyers.
