Pravin, Hmm, Maybe we can get a vidcam into that nose rubbing ceremony. Well, as far as I can see they cannot force Dell to use Intel only. All they can do is pull some ad $ on mixed ads. As far as I know there are restrictions on tied selling. The scenarion you describe has validity as I feel that Dell has to self protect just in case. Bill
