Are you able to email Luc and find out what happened? He may not know it, but he can read PMs, so you can send him PMs and ask for his email address, if you don't have it. I think calling someone a bad name is just a short suspension - a day, or two, or three, not sure. He should be back Monday, I hope.<edit> First offense is three day suspension.
