OT: Absolutely, par is meaningless and could be any value, and unrelated to company value. Of course, book value would be more significant, but one must look behind the numbers comprising book value as they are not always realistic, re: goodwill. Either - or, 71 today in a tanking market becomes happy value for us longs. Rap
