Julius, Warburg Pincus Japan Small Company Growth Fund increased 320+% in 1999 and was ranked by Mutual Fund magazine as their No. 1 International fund last year. Morningstar gives it 5 stars. That's surprising, almost shocking, the fund has such a low ranking after a 300+% '99.
