Now that its public lets get some details. 8-K filing on this one? What is the CONNEC software and how does it fit into the picture for ECNC's process? Is Rogel being replaced or is this software complimentary and if so how? What is the financial arrangement? Fee per transaction to DLX? How much? Paid how and when? Make some sense here. What is the value of the deal beyond the intrinsics? I love the affiliation and dealing with an established company.....but lets dig a little deeper and make it real for everyone.
