Ari Amazing stuff... hell, I don't have any DD to do now, you just posted it all <ggg> I will do some additional digging and see what else I can dig up. The float on this one is very low and with a large cash injection and a new tech. business and possible CDNX listing this one should do good when the halt comes off. Best Regards KEITH
