I am not too concerned with this law suit. I think just as they said, its frivolous. The element if surprise did take us down though and provided us with yet another buying opportunity. It was also a good opportunity for the larger players to accumulate some more shares out of weak hands and into theirs. I don't think I need to reiterate everything this company has. Take alook at Corel. Despite insider selling, wider than expected losses, and a whole bunch of other funny stuff, that company is soaring. Com Dev should be worth at least a few hundred percent more than it is now, IMHO.

As for your question, yes, ther are some very large contracts in the pipelines and they haven't yet been able to announce them. Think about it, its 2000. Do you think there is a demand for sattelite parts and wireless communications ? I think YES !! And these guys are among the best.
