Nope, CSCO. Something to the tune of $8Billion. But that doesn't mean that the sales overhead has gone down. But CSCO does realize cost savings from the order entry process all the way through the manufacturing and shipping process. My point is that CSCO is considered an infrastructure play, not an e-commerce play. I believe that this is appropriate and eventually, this distinction will disappear for those companies that are considered internet plays today. In other words, the internet play of the future, will not be with what are considered "internet" stocks today.
