Many tech companies routinely put the bottom 5 or 10 % of
their work force under probation and lay them off if their
performance doesn't improve. Maybe AMZN just layed off the
underperformers. I don't think it means much. If AMZN breaks
60 , 40 might be a possibility. So far it has always bounced
of the low 60's.
