Quick question concerning MM's: Is there a limit outside of the bid and ask price that market orders MUST be filled within? If the bid is 14 and the ask is 14 1/8 - what is the allowable high and low that market orders can be filled? I've seen trades $2 outside of the Bid & Ask. Call me Just Curious.
