Alert: Commerx [CMRX] files for IPO. See freeedgar.com or edgar-online.com for 1/26 filing. I believe this DVIN holding is itself structured as a holding company for various vertical commerce marketplaces. I think one of their big holdings is plastics.net, which has been around for a few years.

Will Commerx explode like the last DVIN IPO, Neoforma.com?
Cool, the company is located at only a 10 minute walk away from my office. Maybe I can get a wad of plastic during my lunch break.
