Yes, b2b is the biggest part of the internet. And yes, clicks and mortar for retail. I don't think that there is any substitute for thumping your own cantelope, but I would feel safe ordering a palatte of Pepsi over the internet. There will always be a market for mortar operations since, for many, part of shopping is the experience. For me, if I never entered another mall, I would be happy.
