You mean Sid Meier who founded MicroProse but had to be bailed out by Spectrum Holobyte 4 years ago thru a merger. I guess he screwed up Microprose and dragged SBYT along with it. But SBYT must have the Rights To Civillization I & II and a lot of other games. So SBYT must be worth something to get those rights and other Assets. CIV II is selling well. thats why SBYT is a takeover target. You are buying the assests not the Talent. Just like when Softkey acquired the learing Company, a lot of the designers left for Brod. But SKEY still managed to go up after that. cliff
