Ken, go to the Arris web site for even more good news regarding the JV. You can read not only about current CBR telephony products, but also the migration plans to move the existing platform to IP telephony. It's a solid strategy and development plan that leverages the substantial embedded base of cable telephone products in such premier MSO carriers as AT&T Broadband and Internet Services, Cox Communications, and Cablevision LightPath, among others. As I'm sure everyone is aware, IP telephony is coming soon, and Arris is positioned to be there when it happens. They are taking nothing for granted. The Arris Interactive site is at www.arris-i.com.
