Dear NW: I agree the rate rise will very likely be 1/4 point. The NASDAQ is down about 10% (a little more) and I foresee it dropping no further than 15% before the rapid climb back. I feel this way because A. Business is good B. No Asian Collapse like cause a long slide in the past, in fact overseas shows steady improvement C. Interest rates are actually DROPPING in spite of all this talk. So HANG TOUGH, ride it out is what I am doing and what I would advise others to do. JDN
