I agree with you. I personally hate the thought of having to repack and ship a PC and deal with the related hassles. I'd rather just go back to the store and deal with someone face to face so I can get it resolved immediately. I have no problem with books, CDs and other things that I know will be OK a very high percentage of the time. If I need a PC I want it immediately if not sooner and I want it to work. I have never had a problem with one, but I have since seen several friends have to ship back and forth multiple times.
