I think it is a combination of things... of course there is that buy back program.. but I also think SWG has ground near the Luicho property currently developed by PFG. Although PFG stock is ahead of itself, the surface results on Luicho are excellent. I think SWG's president was quoted saying that Luicho was the best play in the world right now...or something like that.
