My initial read on this IPO.

1) It may not be as high flying as others like SCMR,
FDRY, RHAT etc. due to very high outstanding and float.
Out standing (530+23+15+3.5) = 571.5 Mshares.
Float (23) = 23 Mshares.
Based on $15/shares the market cap is $8.55B to begin with. (vow).

2) COMS holders will receive approximately 1.5 shares of PALM for every COMS share.
that means $22.5 should be added to (or discounted from) COMS to get the actual value of COMS.
I wish it will be a straight addition.
