Paramount Ventures and Finance has entered into an investor relations agreement with David DiRicco.
Mr. DiRicco will be responsible for shareholder communications and providing information on
Paramount to interested parties.
The agreement is for a one-year period at a monthly fee of $4,000 plus reasonable expenses. Either party
upon 30 days notice can terminate the agreement.
The company has granted 100,000 incentive stock options at 46 cents per share. The option has a
four-month hold period and will be vested at 25 per cent every four months.
