Nitt,<<<Many of the CPUs shipped to Asia ships inside a computer to Europe, US, and Japan.>>>

I can buy that, but I can't see many CPUs going to Japan or Europe come back to the US inside of a computer.

The correlation between CPU's shipped to Japan and Europe and demand for computers in those areas should be very high.

Data coming out of Asia Pacific outside of Japan will always be inscrutable. However, remember that Craig Barrett reported sometime back that he expects China to be a larger market than Japan and the second largest PC market after the United States. I think he said that was to happen this year (2000).
