Yes, I just finished reading the S3. The meat of the S3 is the issuance of 2M shares to cover the exercise of warrants issued in 1992. About 1.6M warrants are exerciseable now at prices between $2.50-$3.50. If exercised now, this generates 5-6M$ directly to Repligen for continuing operations. From your posting, and the info in the S3, it does not appear that the Phase II CTLA4-Ig trials are completed, and in fact, may not have even been fully started--this in contrast to the Yahoo boards.
